Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING IS FREE TO THE CONTINENTAL US! HAWAII, ALASKA, AND INTERNATIONAL EXTRA.
All items ship the next business day via UPS Ground.
Should you have a problem with an order, please contact us. We will correct the problem immediately. Do not return an item without contacting us first for an RA number, whether we have made an error, you wish to exchange something, or there is a warranty claim.
Upon receiving your order, open the cartons and inspect the contents. If there is damage during shipment, contact the carrier to file a claim.
Exhaust parts installed on the vehicle cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Only a Magnaflow lifetime warranty applies to defects in manufacturing.
Items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and be in original packaging and unused (not installed). CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
